Comfortable Light, Close Up
Because the bulb sits behind glass, there’s no harsh glare when you look up from the table, a book or the pillow. That makes it pleasant to sit beneath for long dinners, evening reading or winding down in the bedroom, where a bare bulb would feel too bright and direct.
- No harsh glare overhead
- Comfortable for reading and dining
- Suits bedrooms and quiet corners

Better in Pairs and Groups
Hang two side by side over a dining table or island for balanced light along its length, or cluster several smaller ones for a playful, gallery-like arrangement. Matching combinations keep things calm, while mixing glass and body colours across a group adds relaxed, characterful contrast.
- Balanced light along longer tables
- Smaller sizes suit clusters
- Mix or match colours across a group

FAQ
A G9 LED bulb in warm white (2700–3000K) suits dining and living spaces best. Around 400 lumens gives comfortable light. G9 LEDs also run much cooler than traditional halogen G9 bulbs.
White glass gives the clearest, brightest light. The matte green, matte yellow and army green finishes add a gentle tint and a softer, more atmospheric glow. When switched off, the matte finishes have a smooth, velvety look rather than a shine.
As a general guide, leave about 75–90cm between the bottom of the shade and the surface. This keeps the light focused below while leaving a clear view across the table.
Yes, if you fit a dimmable G9 LED bulb and connect the light to a compatible dimmer switch. Check that the bulb packaging says “dimmable” before buying.
It’s designed to light the table, island or corner beneath it, rather than an entire room. In larger or open-plan spaces, combine it with ceiling or wall lighting for even coverage.
No. It has no confirmed IP rating for steamy or wet areas, so it should only be fitted in dry indoor rooms such as kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and bedrooms.
