Light without the glare

Yes, we recommend one. The lamp is wired into a wall lighting point, not plugged into a socket, so it should be installed by a qualified electrician.
We don't advise it. The lamp has no stated water-resistance rating, so it is best kept to dry rooms away from steam and splashes.
The lamp has no built-in dimmer. Dimming depends on fitting a dimmable bulb and having a compatible dimmer switch on the wall circuit, so check both with your electrician first.
