Very nice lamps. They have built-in lighting, it's not very bright but sufficient for rooms that don't require a lot of light.

Yes. It's a hardwired wall light, so it connects straight into your wall wiring. In the UK, we recommend having it fitted by a qualified electrician. It's a quick job, and once it's up there's nothing to plug in and no cables on show.
No. The LED is built in and rated for 50,000+ hours, which works out to many years of normal evening use. There are no bulbs to buy or swap.
